Terms & Conditions
Check-In / Check-Out
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM. Standard check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Occupancy
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum stated for the booked residence. Unauthorized additional guests are not permitted.
No Smoking Policy
All Cassa Hotel residences and common areas are strictly non-smoking. Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee charged to the guest.
Noise & Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to be respectful of other residents at all times.
Pets
Pets are not permitted without prior written approval from management. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the residence or property during their stay. Cassa Hotel reserves the right to charge the card on file for damages exceeding normal wear and tear.
Parking
On-site parking is provided as a courtesy. Cassa Hotel is not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage to vehicles or their contents while on the property. Guests park at their own risk.
Lost & Found
Cassa Hotel offers a Lost & Found service but assumes no liability for personal items left on the premises. See our full Lost & Found Policy for details.
Right to Refuse Service
Cassa Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate property policies, engage in disruptive behavior, or breach the terms of their reservation.
