Check-In, Check-Out & Cancellation Policies

Self Check-In

Check-in time is 3:00 PM or later.
Cassa Hotel offers secure self check-in using electronic locks with a personalized key code assigned to each reservation.
Guests will receive detailed arrival instructions and their unique access code prior to arrival.
A valid government-issued ID must be submitted at the time of booking for identity verification. Reservations are not confirmed until identification is verified.
Access codes are activated at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and automatically deactivate at 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Security & Surveillance

For the safety and security of guests and property, exterior common areas may be monitored by video surveillance. There are no cameras inside guest suites. Tampering with security equipment is strictly prohibited.

Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification

Cassa Hotel reserves the right to request additional verification documentation if necessary. Bookings made under false identity or fraudulent payment methods will be canceled without refund.

Guest Support & Emergency Access

Cassa Hotel provides remote guest support during business hours and 24/7 emergency contact availability. In case of emergency maintenance or life-safety situations, management reserves the right to access the unit in accordance with applicable law.

Check-Out

Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

For Stays 1–27 Nights

Full refund if canceled 5 days or more before 3:00 PM on the check-in date, including applicable taxes.
If canceled within 5 days of check-in: the first night is non-refundable and 50% of remaining nights will be refunded.
After check-in, unused nights are non-refundable.
Applicable taxes on refunded nights will be refunded as required.

For Stays 28 Nights or Longer

Full refund if canceled 30 days or more before check-in, including applicable taxes.
If canceled less than 30 days before check-in: the first 30 nights are non-refundable.
After check-in, unused nights are non-refundable.
Applicable taxes on refunded nights will be refunded as required.

This cancellation policy may be superseded when required by applicable law or when a reservation qualifies for a refund under a platform's applicable cancellation, rebooking, or major disruptive events policies.

Online Travel Agency (OTA) Compliance

Reservations made through third-party booking platforms are subject to the cancellation and payment terms displayed at the time of booking on that platform. In the event of any discrepancy, the platform's stated policy at the time of booking shall govern.
